Feature Request: Automatic Pause of IP Rotation When Sticky Sessions Enabled

I'd like to suggest a new feature for shared rotating proxies:

Current Situation:
When customers enable sticky sessions (session IP), the automatic IP rotation continues to run, potentially disrupting the user's session unexpectedly.

Requested Feature:
When a customer selects "Sticky Session," the automatic IP rotation feature should pause temporarily. The IP rotation should remain paused for the duration specified by the user (e.g., 3, 5, or 10 minutes). After this duration, the rotation should resume automatically.

Example Scenario:

• A user activates a sticky session with a duration of 5 minutes.
• Automatic IP rotation pauses immediately.
• The user's connection remains on the same IP address for exactly 5 minutes.
• After 5 minutes, automatic IP rotation resumes normally.

Benefit:
This enhancement provides a smoother experience, especially for tasks requiring session stability, without compromising the advantages of automatic IP rotation.
