Strange behaviour

I have a http/s tunnel running. When i paste the URL directly in browser it works ok (https://lis5ttbgm.localto.net/videos/3-Tempestad_sobre_asia_1928.mp4). Well, if i paste the same URL in Wordpress elementor playlist widget and i try to play it from web player it doesn´t work. With ngrok it works ok. I have balance, it´s not a free account. Anybody can help with this, any idea why it happens? Thank you.
