Frequent Tunnel Disconnection Issue
Dear Localtonet Support Team,
I am facing an issue where my tunnel is disconnecting multiple times today. Since morning, I have manually restarted the tunnel 3-4 times, but the issue persists.
Issue Details:
Tunnel ID: #1055343
Protocol: UDP_TCP
Server: in4
Domain: giejruf@m.localto.net:3178
Bandwidth Used: 636.46 MB
Issue: The tunnel keeps disconnecting frequently and I have to restart it manually multiple times a day.
Troubleshooting Steps Tried:
✔ Checked my internet connection (Stable and working fine).
✔ Restarted the tunnel multiple times.
✔ Verified firewall and antivirus settings (No blocking found).
✔ Checked Localtonet server status (No reported downtime).
Despite these efforts, the issue is still occurring. Please help me understand why this is happening and provide a permanent solution to keep my tunnel running without interruptions.
Looking forward to your quick response and resolution.
Best regards,
Vijay Meghwal

Hello,
For Free users, the uptime of the Tunnels is 30 minutes. You can buy Balance to avoid this situation.
This policy implemented yesterday Changelog
Dear Localtonet Support Team,
Thank you for your response. I understand that free users have a 30-minute tunnel uptime limit. However, I have been using Localtonet for the past 18-19 days, and this issue has never occurred before. My tunnel was running continuously without frequent disconnections.
If the 30-minute limitation is a standard policy, why am I facing this issue only today? Has there been any recent policy change or system update affecting free users?
Please clarify this discrepancy, as my experience over the past few weeks was different from what I am facing today.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Vijay Meghwal
