I cannot connect to users from Russia.
The localtonet website opens fine on their computers, but I can't get remote access. I'm using legit remote access software. What's the problem? I don't have this issue with people from the US, Spain, Kazakhstan, or Belarus.

Have you tried changing servers? Some servers may be blocked in some countries.
Hello. Before that, there were German servers, I changed them to Austrian ones. Later, when there are clients from Russia, I will give you an answer.
